Vampire Zero, and driven by guilt from causing the death of her Sara, this Rona becomes a Reaper Prime, tasked with searching for alternate Earths to bring in new blood supplies for a populace almost exclusively vampiric. Stranded and unable to get home she encounters the Reaper and is turned into a vampire in order to save her life from horrific injuries. Now she has both the vampire virus and the zombie virus in her blood stream, leading to startling mutations that make her change at random into different versions of herself. Attracted to both Sara and the vampire Rona, where will she fit into their alliance?

Nina was the chief scientist who developed the Bloodtide medicine. Rising to Chief Supervisor of the Vampire Earth she controls the Reaper programme and wields enormous power. A former lover of the Reaper Prime, she is forced to order the capture and return for trial of the rebellious Reaper. Sara was the partner of Rona from the Vampire Earth, but when Rona violently changes after the medicine she is trialling mutates into a vampire virus, is attacked by a momentary deranged Rona. Rather than become a vampire like her lover, Sara elects to commit suicide, jumping out of the window of a high rise building before the change can complete. But her presence on the psyche of the Reaper Prime threatens to destroy Rona and the relationship she is building with the other Earth Sara.

The Rona of the Zombie Earth has become a Zombie, having being kidnapped, raped and murdered by her evil ex. After years of being kept as a Zombie sex slave, a chance encounter with a vampire hunting the Reaper Rona, begins a change in the zombie, as, slowly, intelligence returns. But will she join the fight against the evils of her world and the other Earths, or still be driven by the need to eat flesh!?!

Just as the two Earths are coming to terms with the idea of a multi-verse, the alien Tyrel arrives on the vampire Earth, tasked with destroying the 'vampire scourge' that exists across many alternate dimensions. Forming a tense alliance with the Reaper Prime, Sara & Rita, they begin the battle to destroy the Vampires on the Vampire Earth, using the Zombie Earth as a base. But can he be trusted or is there another agenda that Tyrel works to?
